Annual Tri-Chapter Workshop: TaKeTiNa & Eurhythmics
“In this workshop, we will experience our body as a musical instrument in order to cultivate self-confidence, playfulness, and spontaneity.
By moving together with music and rhythm, Eurhythmics strengthens and develops our natural creativity, flexibility, and improvisational capacities in daily life. It creates an open space where self-realization and collaboration emerge.
TaKeTiNa works with body rhythms, stepping, clapping, chanting, laughing, falling in and out of rhythm, ‘getting it’ & ‘losing it.’ TaKeTiNa relaxes and revitalizes the nervous system creating an experience of doing less to achieve more. It is fun, grounding, and aligning.”
